The TS 1 transfer system from Rexroth has been specially designed for precise and fast assembly of small products and components. This compact, ESD compatible system can transport parts with up to 3 kg weight on workpiece pallets in sizes ranging from 80 x 80 mm to 160 x 160 mm. The transfer system is ideal for use in partially or fully automatic assembly of electronic or electromechanical products, for example in the medical technology or optical industries.
The main features of the TS 1 include high precision, high throughput with short cycle times, small space requirements due to a compact design, and cost-effectiveness thanks to numerous combination options for the individual components as well as an extremely attractive price.
The TS 1 consists of standardized modular units that can be easily and quickly combined to form a transfer system. Users can thus create a wide variety of customized systems that have been adapted to fit the particular requirements. Modularity enables cost-effective use of ratio potentials in production. A sturdy system design also ensures that the components can be converted and reused to assemble product generations of the future.
